By accessing or using M Latin Hub Lite ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to discovering and sharing Latin dance events in Korea. M Latin Hub Lite is a platform that intermediates event and class information; actual event operations and payments are the responsibility of each host.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• •Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights
• •Attempting unauthorized access to the Service
• •Using automated systems for data scraping or extraction
• •Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• •Harassing, abusing, or harming other users

6. User Content

By submitting content (including event posters, text, images), you grant us a license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content. You acknowledge that we may use AI to process and extract information from your content.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to extract event information from uploaded posters. AI-extracted information may contain errors or inaccuracies, and it is your responsibility to review and verify extracted information before publishing.

8. Registration and Payment

Registration through M Latin Hub Lite communicates your intent to participate to the host, and payment is handled directly with the host. The platform is not directly responsible for payments and refunds. Refunds for paid events are subject to each host's refund policy and applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M Latin Hub Lite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The platform has no obligation to mediate disputes between event hosts and participants.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
